Real Estate Solutions, LLC has investment companies and groups of investors that buy & sell residential & commercial properties all shapes, sizes and conditions.

We are not Real Estate agents.. Our investors purchase & sell properties using a variety of plans and programs including Lease/Purchase, Land Contract, Seller Financing and Cash. 

We usually buy & sell between 5 to 10 houses per month. Rest assured that we are not tire kickers; this is how we make a living. Many times, if the 'numbers' work, we can close within 5-7 days!

If our investors buy any property you tell us about, or if they sell to any friend, client or acquaintance of yours, you will get a referral or finder's fee at closing. Depending upon the terms of the deal, you can expect to receive between $150 and $500, in some cases as much as $1,000 per lead!

We understand that many Realtors' and Agents' clients may not have much equity in their homes. Without equity, they may not be able to afford your commission. We love 'no equity' deals! Pick up the phone and give us a call. We will make a reasonable offer directly with the Seller. If we close, you will receive a finder's fee!
