On the commercial mortgage side, we deal directly with over 65 lending source, each with several different programs. Funding from 100K to 600M, up to 95% LTV for multi-family, retail, office, etc., No-Doc to full doc and credit scores from 580+.
For residential financing, we deal directly through a local source and have many programs, most of the products we choose to use are designed for the investor. Up to 100% financing available.
On the Private Funding - short term & hard money are available at reasonable rates & terms for up to a 65-75% LTV scenario.
